About the gold winner
Nomadic was founded in Belfast in 2021 and is run by Peter and Jane McAuley, the Irish Times reports. The foundation says it sells to customers in more than 45 countries, and Dublin's Weir & Sons is one of its retail partners. Next month it opens a shop in Dublin city centre with Weirs. Peter McAuley said many of its watches have a yellow second hand that represents the Harland & Wolff cranes in Belfast.
Silver winner MartEye's digital platform connects farmers with more than 120 livestock auction centres in Ireland and the UK.
Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou said: "This year's winners reflect the wealth of talent and enterprise on both sides of the border."
